Starting your Bigboi WASHR PRO for the first time, or after it has been idle for at least a day, is straightforward. Follow these step-by-step instructions:
Step by Step Guide
-
Position the Pressure Washer
- Place the pressure washer near an outside water source capable of supplying water at a flow rate of at least 5GPM (19LPM) and no less than 20PSI (1.3BAR) at the pressure washer end of the garden hose.
-
Check Connections
- Ensure the high-pressure hose is tightly connected to both the spray gun and the pump.
DO NOT run the pump without the water supply connected and turned on.
Damage to equipment resulting from failure to follow this instruction will VOID WARRANTY.
-
Level Position
- Make sure the unit is in a level position.
-
Uncoil Hose
- Completely uncoil the high-pressure hose before using the pressure washer.
-
Connect Garden Hose
- Connect the garden hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer pump.
-
Purge Air and Impurities
- Turn ON the water, point the gun in a safe direction, and squeeze the trigger to purge the pump system of air and impurities.
-
Attach Gun Lance
- Attach the gun lance to the spray gun. Ensure the connection is tight by pulling on the lance to confirm it is secure.
-
Choose and Attach Nozzle
- Choose the nozzle you want to use. Pull back on the collar of the quick connector, insert the nozzle, and release the collar. Tug on the nozzle to ensure it is securely in place.
IMPORTANT: Before starting the pressure washer, ensure you are wearing adequate safety equipment.
-
Start the Motor
- Press "ON" to start the motor.
NOTE: The cleaner must be used standing on a secure, stable surface, positioned as shown.
Total Stop System (TSS)
- TSS Version: The pressure pump unloader is built-in with the pressure switch. When the trigger is released for more than 5 seconds, the motor stops running and the controller enters STAND BY mode.
- Resuming Operation: When the trigger is squeezed, the motor will resume operation.
- Automatic Cut-off: If the pressure washer is in STAND BY mode for more than 30 minutes, the motor controller will automatically cut off and completely stop the system. DO NOT leave the pressure washer unsupervised when in STAND BY mode.
By following these steps, you ensure your WASHR PRO is started correctly and safely. If you encounter any issues, refer to our troubleshooting guide or contact our support team for assistance.
